DAY 15
Not much to say for this day.
Although it wasn’t raining in the morning we had to wear our over trousers as
everything was very wet. It didn’t stay like this though and when we stopped
for lunch it was hot and sunny again. We stopped by a gate on a track at
Barnstones and every few minutes a 4X4 car came past and I was gate keeper
until we carried on! This was a boring day of moorland,. The only interesting
things were some ugly black cows that Mum called ‘Frankenstein cows’.
